Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to see where you have over dedicated yourself to and allowing your life to revolve around others and/or your own ego, and in becoming this you then create the space where you loose your own individuality which then continuously focus upon unnecessary fears and worries leaving you exhausted and stagnated in everyday life. By taking the time to feel into your higher power (crown chakra) and allow this to connect your heart chakra, you will begin to realise the parts of your inner temple that need to be nurtured/awakened and make the changes within yourself. 

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Charoite could assist with autism as well as blood pressure. Papagoite Quartz could assist with digestive issues as well as an anti-inflammatory. The Bay Laurel Tree could assist with the respiratory system as well as the muscular system. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
