Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.

Today gives you an opportunity to understand how much control the chatter that goes on in your mind has over you, and how it distracts you from discovering what your truth is in amongst all the other opinions, notions, concepts and ideas that are floating around within you and at you. By taking the time to calm and quieten the excess chatter you allow yourself to question and see through all the mental distractions that have consumed you upon what it was you were needing to be aware of. Through this process your own inner communication becomes more clear on what is required for you to hold your own vitality.

I once had a client who after taking Sapphire had a massive awareness that their biggest issue was follow through, they always let themselves and everyone down due to the inability to follow through with actual effort on their part, always allowing their excuses/reasons to over rule every aspect. It was a great epiphany for them.

When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
