Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today is day 2 of 5 of crystals that only show themselves once a year in the cycle.

Today gives you an opportunity to acknowledge the truth about your own personal power and the way you use it in life and through this path have gathered extra emotional burdens that have been placed upon your shoulders. By allowing yourself the moments of you will be gifted the chance to grieve and release some of the pressure and discover a new  balance within your mind for the path forward. Throughout this journey you will learn that try as you might to balance the power/love/wisdom flames there will always be one aspect that will require a little (1%) more than the other two, it is just an ability to gain access towards  which one is needed and when to apply it. Through this you will begin to understand what your responsibilities are and  the importance of discerning your way forward through the pressures that the emotional burdens present with.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Elestial Quartz could assist with imbalances in the brain as well as vertigo.  Manganite could assist with the circulatory system as well as boosting the immune system. The Alder Tree could assist with insect bites as well as an anti inflammatory. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I  share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
