Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to understand how you are placing your power in what you do in life. Through understanding this space you begin to see where a scattered mind adds to the confusion of where to you are suppose to place your power, and in these moments you will sometimes give your power over to someone/something that will use your energy/situation for their/its own energy force. Simply by understanding this you can bring back your ability to understand where you need to reintroduce your own gifts and strengths back into life, and release the toxicity of your mind and emotions that have kept you "stuck" in a type of prison.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Tigers Eye could assist with broken bones as well as addictions. Pietersite could assist with nervous system weakness as well as breaking habits. The Cedar Tree could assist muscular aches as well as bronchitis. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I  share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
