Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to understand the mental limitations when you only focus on what is physically happening in the moment, and how those mental limitations then limit your ability to process emotions that do not fit the box that you have created in your mind. By embracing these aspect you begin to learn where are not being present in life, and where the Temple within you is in conflict, and if the Inner conflict does not come to peace then it eventually becomes part of what you project out and create in life for yourself and others to live.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Selenite could assist with spinal misalignment as well as prostate issues. Papagoite Quartz could assist with digestive issues as well as an anti-inflammatory. The Myrrh Tree could assist with stimulating the immune system as well as tonsillitis.

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
