Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to pay attention to how well you are able to stand in your truth, as this is a precursor to how much truth you are able to speak. The way you communicate or the lack of ability to do so is dependant upon your ability to calm the chaos (mental as well as emotional), find your centre, stop over personalising everything that is going on as you are not the centre of the world, universe etc and then speak clearly. Through this you will be able to begin to cut through your own darknesses/delusions that have been controlling the way you have communicated, and start to access the courage and strength required to speak what needs to be said in the most loving manner possible. As you progress through each moment you will begin to chip away at the single minded nature that was causing unnecessary verbal conflicts. 

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Lapis Lazuli could assist with throat troubles as well as high blood pressure. Alumino Adamite could assist with depression as well as asthma. The Hazel Tree could assist with the reproductive system as well as varicose veins. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
