Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to acknowledge the turmoil that is sitting in the under current within yourself and the storm it is or has created in those around you, this turmoil if not addressed will create the emotional vision that is matching. By taking the time to deal with the discord honestly you can discover a better path for the emotional vision to create from. 

In short take the time to acknowledge that which you created due to the discord and turmoil to life's experiences, the more you ignore them the greater the monster takes control, and the more that monster takes control the bigger the distruction it causes for others in your life.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Angelite could assist with water retention and swelling as well as the thymus gland. Creedite could assist with kidney issues as well as assisting the distribution of vitamins and minerals in the body. The Holly Tree could assist as an antiviral as well as an antibacterial.

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
