Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to see where you are blending and mixing your emotions and thoughts which leads you to adding extra levels of confusion into your life. By taking the time to link the mind and emotions to the correct information, then allowing yourself to surrender to these aspects, you will learn the importance in just being in life and accepting certain aspects for what they are. This process will begin the release of stresses that have been absorbed into your body due to your fight against what is, bringing more clarity to what else needs to be purified.
