Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to take the time to see where you are struggling to integrate yourself into the areas you have chosen to be a part of in life, or are struggling to hold a strong enough mental discipline against someone who is emotionally attempting to "force" you into something that is not for you (this is usually, but not always done by an emotional sway). By taking the time to look at path that is being created and pay attention to these aspects you will begin to see where you either need to humble yourself to the path or humble someone else upon their path, this then will begin to alleviate the negativity and increase the vitality so you can rediscover your inner beauty and allowing it to shine.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Amethyst could assist with headaches as well as blood sugar related illnesses. Leucite could assist with the central nervous system as well as the teeth. The Frankincense Tree could assist with anxiety as well as an anti-inflammatory. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching.
