Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to be honest with the progress you have been making towards that which you are supposed to be achieving, through transforming this information you will begin to gain clarity in your mind and emotions to know what unnecessary distractions you need to release from your path and remind yourself of the cyclic flow of life (where sometimes there is a lull) and where you need to still remind yourself/learn how to be patient within yourself as the process progresses. Once you have seen what still needs your attention/energy it then becomes time to put your big girl/boy pants on and step up to do that which you have been avoiding for whatever reason.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Silver could assist with detoxifying as well as coordination issues. Bixbite could assist with chronic fatigue as well as testosterone levels. The Elder Tree could assist with the respiratory system as well as rheumatism. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I  share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
