Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives an opportunity for you to understand the importance of the dream space and having clear defined boundaries to what is mental, emotional as well as spiritual, once you have tidied these boundaries up you will find processing your day/situation/experience in your dream state whether this being sleeping or lucid dreaming, the information you are working through or receiving becomes much clearer for you to identify. Through embracing your internal true structure you are able to open up to and embrace your inner feelings.
