Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to understand the damage that you are doing to yourself and those around you by ignoring the hurt you feel and the hurt you cause because of the inability to feel into your own hurt (for whatever reason that is). By actively taking the journey to heal the hurt you will learn to forgive yourself for the space and claim ownership over the hurts that you have created due to these spaces. Building a greater compassion and understanding for all within the situation, including knowing when it is best for you to step away for the benefit of all. Throughout this space of learning self love you also get to address your thoughts that you have mislabelled which then create untruths that cause more hurt and distruction than necessary. 

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Rhodochrosite could assist with liver toxicity as well as thyroid imbalance. Alumino Adamite could assist with blackouts as well as depression. The Elm Tree could assist with the digestion system as well as chronic fatigue. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
