Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to see how clear and flowing the link between your emotional, mental and spiritual parts of self is operating. If there is congestion within these parts your integrity will begin to suffer and you will loose the ability to connect the dots which then creates bigger problems then necessary to live and learn through. By taking the time to centre yourself before entering a situation/space, you will allow a clear flow of information within that which will allow you to read the spaces that you are entering into as well as to see your role in the spaces and understand what is needed to persevere through these.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Apophyllite could assist with eye troubles as well as illnesses within DNA. Kinoite could assist with the nervous system as well as the teeth. The Chestnut Tree could assist with muscular and skeletal ailments.

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
