Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to understand and begin healing that which stops you from sharing love with those around, from being "burned" by your overactive yet immature nature of knowing when/how to offer it to others. By taking the time to acknowledge these spaces within you, you can then readjust how/where you shine your light and share your love, building upon your expanded view of creating a balanced space of everyone being able to give and receive, as it is not now, nor has it ever been one person's responsibility to keep everyone around them happy and fulfilled.
