Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today is day 3 of 5 of crystals that only show themselves once a year in the cycle.

Today gives you an opportunity to understand the impact of a broken heart and how this then impacts not only the rebuilding of relationships but the ability to hold new ones as well, as the heart has stored anger, resentment and self judgement. By taking the time to acknowledge and begin to embrace these aspects that have stopped you from progressing, you will begin to see a clearer view of how and where you can begin mending and healing the relationship/s. Through the gathering of the necessary vibrations to achieve the information required you will begin to re-enter the space that allows you to be able to hold faith again.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Dioptase could assist with the thymus function as well as meniere's disease. Phenakite could assist with OCD as well as breathing difficulties. The Birch Tree could assist with eczema as well as bladder/kidney issues. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching.
