Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives an opportunity for you to take the time to connect to your earth star (which is situated below your feet), Through this connection you will be gifted the awarenesses of where you are upon your life's journey and that which you have been creating. Gifting yourself a greater opportunity into accepting the emotional and mental journeys that have been, including where you have let go of/broken your rules to suit circumstances/others. By allowing yourself the chance to reconnect, you begin to accept what has been and calm your reactionary spaces, after this has been acheived you then open yourself up to see the pathway and the synchronistic moments that will pave the way back to that which has always been yours to live.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Hematite could assist with blood toxins as well as insomnia. Gaspeite could assist with the digestive system as well as cataracts. The Jacaranda Tree could assist with sore ankles/feet as well as bacterial infections. 

Extra note - There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
