Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to acknowledge the emotions that you have been suppressing and the problems that continuously occur because of these. By taking the time to unwrap them as they begin to surface (similar to a gift in the middle of pass the parcel), you will begin to see the mountain of damage that you have not only done to those around you, but your own self due to operating through things such as hurt, anger, not getting your way, etc. By playing this game of pass the parcel with yourself, you then learn the order things need to be placed in as well as alleviating and purifying the negativity that interferes and limits you.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Jade could assist with hip disorders as well as skin health. Vanadinite could assist with asthma as well as bladder problems. The Frankincense Tree could assist anxiety/depression as well as joint pain.

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I  share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
