Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.
Today gives you an opportunity to understand the link between the constant mental chatter that is occurring and the lack of peace so you can discover the truth. By taking the time to calm and quieten your mind from its chaos you will begin to discover where you have allowed your own "stuff" to overshadow the lesson/s you are suppose to be learning from in life, in allowing yourself to calm this discord within, you will discover how to restore your peace and acceptance of what is occurring.

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
