Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to see where you have allowed your hurts or excitement to dictate the way forward, which then has blocked access to being able to use any rationality so a logical conclusion can be found. By placing the effort into acknowledging your emotional attachments and claiming ownership of how your subconscious has been processing them, you get to create the freedom from the continuous vortex of creation that your emotions have been driving into existence. In being able to begin walking this road you need to learn how to not listen to everything that is going on in your emotions that spirals you (the fears, the hurts, the excess excitement and impatience for the next chapter) and begin to purify all that is going on within you.

Now both paths have the ability to create visions forward, though one has more turmoil upon it, that over complicates everything. 

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Sodalite could assist with lymphatic anomalies as well as calcium deficiencies. Aurichalcite could assist with insomnia as well as stress. The Elder Tree could assist with the respiratory system as well as diabetes. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
