Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.

Today gives you an opportunity to begin allowing yourself to break through the illusions that you have mentally built up around you to hold you upon a steadfast path (that path could have been for status, security, safety, protection, etc), and through this you begin to gather new information/awarenesses around those illusions that you once viewed as beneficial maybe now becoming a detriment to your life. By taking the time to purify the mental and emotional spaces regularly that once held power over yoy, you then allow yourself to discover the necessary clarity required to navigate the path forward opening the voice you communicate through to be expressed through the most loving space possible.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Lapis Lazuli could assist with insomnia as well as throat troubles. Alumino Adamite could assist with mindflashes as well as asthma. The Cedar Tree could assist with muscular aches and pains as well as chest infections.

Extra note

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
