Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.

Today gives an opportunity for you to begin to unlock that which has closed off your heart, and through this you begin to open up to the fears and sorrows that have bound you to a way of being. As you allow this to occur, you are reminded of the spaces and people that you have asked/demanded to hold your lot due to your inability to deal with what has happened in your life, and in doing this you have asked them to be at a standstill for you and your stuff. It is time to open your heart and feel that which was always yours to experience so you could learn more about love and its depth and breadths of life force, and gifting others theirs back. This then will begin to reignite and rebalance the flames of love, power and wisdom that reside within your heart and the way you live.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Kunzite could assist with cardiovascular system diseases as well as panic attacks. Seraphinite could assist with lowered immune system as well as eczema. The Ash Tree could assist with gout as well as constipation.

Extra note

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
