Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to connect all the parts of yourself and your journey together as these parts are the web of your life and everything you have been and done, that which you created and destroyed based on your "need" to build your perfect version of life are all a part of you. Through bringing these to the surface you get to forgive the past and the repeating patterns of behaviour that have kept you trapped in this cycle of behaviour, by allowing this to occur you get to unwrap the lessons you should have learned so you can outgrow and evolve from your past self. By educating yourself around how you use your will and allowing that to evolve you will see the steps that are required to move beyond the feeling of boredom and the impatience of the "waiting" periods of life.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Zircon could assist with liver imbalance as well as nerve troubles. Brookite could assist with the reproductive system as well as circulation issues. The Birch Tree could assist with bladder issues as well as psoriasis. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
