Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.

Today gives you an opportunity to admit where you are being egotistical and/or dishonest with yourself which then causes friction and step into spaces where you have chosen the path of not being responsible for your own actions as well as your own emotional space, turning you on to the road of becoming self centred. By taking the time to be honest with yourself, you then regain and learn how to retain your self respect and embrace a better foundational space to be built upon. With the renewed levels of respect and confidence you begin to embrace the next level of courage and strength required to learn and outgrow the lessons that were created from the path that you had chosen adding to the wisdom pool that has been your life.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Hemimorphite could assist with the herpes virus as well as inflammation. Alumino Adamite could assist with depression as well as eczema. The Apple Tree could assist with lowered metabolism as well as TMJ.

Extra note

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
