Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.

Today gives you an opportunity to acknowledge that the darkness and the fears you are experiencing are strongly linked. By taking the time to place a bit of light within the darkness you get to see the fears that have been pulling your strings and clouding your emotional direction forward, and with this light you get to be shown the true size of the fear and not the illusion that you have made it into, this then will allow you to discover a way to navigate a pathway through to the otherside with a clear focus, while maintaining the lessons of these spaces.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Black Coral could assist with skin issues as well as arthritic conditions. Shattuckite could assist with thyroid issues as well as an anti-inflammatory.
