Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to take the time to address/readdress the fears and sorrows that you have allowed to emotionally close your ability to access your heart. By taking the time to reflect upon what has been you will be able to remotely see where you keep recreating the same experiences/situations with similar natured people and then chip away at these aspects seeing where your blocked heart has found a way to trap you in a loop of only keeping the lower thoughts and ego alive to these situations/people/experiences. 

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Kunzite could assist with the cardiovascular system as well as panic attacks. Seraphinite could assist with tiredness as well as coldness in the extremities. The Bay Laurel Tree could assist with the respiratory system as well as the muscular system. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I  share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
