Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity for you to see where you have allowed your self worth, self confidence as well as your vitality to decrease within yourself bring a pessimistic attitude within, and then begin to infect those around you by drawing them into your vortex until you drain others of their confidence, worth, vitality, etc looking for a superficial hit. By taking the time to reflect upon your path you are then able to see where you can achieve better choices and internally build/rebuild and through this restructure you will see where your ego was calling the shots giving rise to the cyclic behaviours that have been self created as coping mechanisms through the ebbs and flows of life.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Sunstone could assist with throat problems as well as depression. Seraphinite could assist with tiredness as well as lowered immunity. The Casuarina Tree could assist with digestive complaints as well as shortness of breath.

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
